A tab with an advert may open when you tap download. Close it and come back here to carry on — those clicks are what keep TechBigs free.
Before you install
- When Android refuses the install, it is the unknown-sources guard doing it. Grant this app permission in Settings, then confirm the install when the prompt comes back.
- An "incompatible version" message usually means the build was compiled for the older ARMv7 processors that recent phones no longer accept. Look for the ARM64 (ARMv8) build of the same version instead.
Download FAQs
What is Amazon Prime Video used for?
Amazon Prime Video is a video app for watching films and TV shows. You can browse titles, read plot information, watch trailers, search by genre or actor, and download episodes for offline viewing. Watch Party also lets you link with other users to watch a selected film and message during it.
What does the Premium Unlocked MOD change in this build?
This build is labeled Premium Unlocked. Amazon Prime Video still includes its video browsing, offline downloads, Watch Party, music, reading and gaming content.
Can I watch with friends in Amazon Prime Video?
Yes. Watch Party links you with other users, usually friends, around a selected movie. You can message the party while watching, and whether the connected feature works depends on the platform.
How do I install Amazon Prime Video on Android?
Download the file and tap it to open your device's installer. Android may show a prompt about allowing installation from this source; whether to allow it is your choice. The minimum Android version for installation is Android 4.4 or later.
What else is included besides video in Amazon Prime Video?
The app includes music with 2 million ad-free songs, stations and playlists, plus offline listening and Alexa support. It also offers ebooks, magazines, comics and Audible-narrated books, along with monthly games, in-game content, game discounts and Twitch channel subscriptions.
Nothing happens when I tap download
Refresh the page and start again — each link is signed for one visit and stops working after that. If it keeps failing, the file is probably being swapped for a newer build; give it a few minutes.
Android says "App not installed"
Usually there is already a copy of the same app on the phone, signed by someone else. Remove that copy first, then install this file — and back up anything you care about inside the app beforehand, because uninstalling wipes it.
