Before you install

  1. When Android refuses the install, it is the unknown-sources guard doing it. Grant this app permission in Settings, then confirm the install when the prompt comes back.
  2. An "incompatible version" message usually means the build was compiled for the older ARMv7 processors that recent phones no longer accept. Look for the ARM64 (ARMv8) build of the same version instead.

Download FAQs

What is Moodpress used for?

Moodpress is a private diary and mood tracker. You can write thoughts and feelings, log daily emotions, and review those moods on calendars and charts. It also supports sleep, HRV, and daily step records through Health Connect.

What does the Premium Unlocked MOD change?

This build is labeled Premium Unlocked. The label identifies the MOD for this version of Moodpress. The diary, mood tracking, health records, and Wear OS compatibility remain part of the app.

How does Moodpress show mood history?

Moodpress displays logged happy, sad, and wistful moods visually on a calendar and in charts. You can look back after a week to see how your emotions changed across different days.

Can Moodpress protect diary entries?

Yes. Entries are stored locally on your device, and the app supports password protection. You can also use fingerprint recognition when your phone supports it, and back up writings to private spaces.

What Android version does Moodpress need?

Moodpress requires Android 9.0 or later to install. The file size for this version is 56.5 MB. When installing an APK, Android may display a prompt about allowing installation from that source, and the choice remains yours.

Nothing happens when I tap download

Refresh the page and start again — each link is signed for one visit and stops working after that. If it keeps failing, the file is probably being swapped for a newer build; give it a few minutes.

Android says "App not installed"

Usually there is already a copy of the same app on the phone, signed by someone else. Remove that copy first, then install this file — and back up anything you care about inside the app beforehand, because uninstalling wipes it.
