Before you install

  1. When Android refuses the install, it is the unknown-sources guard doing it. Grant this app permission in Settings, then confirm the install when the prompt comes back.
  2. An "incompatible version" message usually means the build was compiled for the older ARMv7 processors that recent phones no longer accept. Look for the ARM64 (ARMv8) build of the same version instead.

Download FAQs

What does Rotation Control do?

Rotation Control lets you set portrait or landscape orientation for individual apps and control rotation for the whole device. It can also rotate the home screen horizontally or upside down.

What does the Full Version MOD change?

This build is marked Full Version. The available details do not attach a separate feature change to that label.

What happens when I leave an app with an individual rotation setting?

The app-specific rotation mode is removed when you exit to the home screen. The display returns to its previous mode.

What was fixed in the latest listed version?

The latest release fixed an issue where global orientation appeared after a call instead of the orientation set for Per-app settings or Automation. It also fixed other minor bugs.

Which Android version is required?

Rotation Control requires Android 10 or newer. The package size is 5.7 MB.

Nothing happens when I tap download

Refresh the page and start again — each link is signed for one visit and stops working after that. If it keeps failing, the file is probably being swapped for a newer build; give it a few minutes.

Android says "App not installed"

Usually there is already a copy of the same app on the phone, signed by someone else. Remove that copy first, then install this file — and back up anything you care about inside the app beforehand, because uninstalling wipes it.
