It lowers the requirement for unlocking Frost Dragon Prison in Soukaizan, restricts Cross Server Attacks during the final 10 minutes of the Horde Invasion Event, adjusts 5V5 Elite Ranked Match rewards, and lets Warchief Pack Distribution Records display by server.
